Pan-African mentor program

Apply to mentor.

Industry practitioners review learner work, defend capstones, and certify placement-ready talent. Recognition comes through OCH credits — accumulated as you defend capstones and as learners attribute placements to you — redeemable for OCH courses, certifications, and partner goodies.

The application — about 5 minutes
  • 1–3 tracks of expertise (Defender, Offensive, GRC, etc.)
  • Bio · 80–250 words about your work
  • Years of experience
  • Mentoring focus · Foundation, Skill, or Placement
  • Availability · hours per week + time windows
  • Evidence · 1–5 public links a reviewer can check (LinkedIn, talks, CVEs, employer pages)
How verification works

A human reviewer checks your evidence within 5 business days. Your profile is private until verified — no public presence, no learner access. We’ll email you the decision either way.
